ABOUT WALTON BATHROOMS
Walton Bathrooms has been a trusted name in luxury bathroom design for over four decades. From our showroom in Hersham, Surrey, we work with homeowners and interior designers across the region to create bathrooms that are built to last, beautiful spaces where quality of craft and material is never compromised.
We are part of a growing group alongside Kallums Bathrooms. We are now looking for a Website & Product Manager to help maintain and improve the online presentation of Walton Bathrooms.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Your primary responsibility will be managing the day-to-day running of - ensuring products are uploaded accurately and attractively, the CRM and CMS systems are well maintained, discounts and pricing are managed correctly, and the website consistently reflects the quality of the brand.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, who sets the strategy and direction across both brands. Your role is to take ownership of the execution: keeping the website organised and up to date, managing product information, coordinating with suppliers, and proactively identifying improvements.
This role would suit someone who enjoys detail, takes pride in presentation, and is naturally organised and proactive. A background in bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or luxury home products would be a strong advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Product Uploads & Catalogue Management
* Upload new products accurately and to a consistently high standard - including descriptions, specifications, imagery, pricing, and categorisation
* Maintain and improve existing listings by fixing errors, updating discontinued products, and improving content quality
* Manage product discounts, pricing updates, and promotional changes
* Keep category structure and navigation logical and customer-friendly
* Liaise with suppliers and brand partners to obtain product information, technical specifications, imagery, and assets
CRM, CMS & Website Management
* Maintain and organise the CMS and CRM systems effectively
* Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with the brand
* Monitor the site regularly and flag or fix issues including broken links, missing images, outdated content, or usability problems
* Work with external technical partners when development support is required
Improvement & Support
* Identify opportunities to improve product pages, customer journeys, and website usability
* Track basic website performance and flag anything unusual or underperforming
* Support the Marketing Director with digital and website-related activity requiring hands-on execution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
* Experience managing or regularly updating a product-led website
* Comfortable working within CMS and CRM systems
* High attention to detail and pride in accuracy
* Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work
* Good written English for product descriptions and website copy
