This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and implement institutional research policies that uphold legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.About the roleAs Research Policy Manager, you will:Develop and implement research policies and procedures at institutional level.Provide clear guidance to researchers on external legislation affecting research (eg Human Tissue Act).Conduct in-depth analysis to inform evidence-based policy development.Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the University to embed best practices.Lead communications strategies around research governance and integrity.Support training and engagement activities to ensure policy understanding and compliance.About usYou’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to enabling excellent and ethical research.
