Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to work in the premium upper quartile housing market in Petersfield and wider East Hampshire.
What You Do
Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, utilizing local, national, and international exposure through the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry to key handover, marketing their home to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, following the proven Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service strategy.
What We Do
We provide comprehensive marketing services including agreements, payment chasing, social media campaigns, Homesearch, Acaboom, HIPLA, all major property portals, new-to-market and sold-in-area campaigns, leaflets, online targeted advertising, marketing menus, brochures, videos, and floorplans.
Our support teams—Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Admin—assist with sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation, enabling you to focus on client relationships and sales.
