Creation Office is a growing UK commercial and industrial interior fit out contractor delivering CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects nationwide.
We operate with in-house trades teams, interior design and space planning capability, and full turnkey delivery.

We are targeting blue chip organisations, national operators and corporate facilities teams.
THE ROLE
This is a proactive, front-end B2B business development role focused on securing large commercial and industrial fit out projects across the UK.
You will be targeting:
Facilities Managers
Estates Managers
Property Directors
Corporate Operations Teams
National Accounts
Asset and Portfolio Managers
We are not focusing on small SMEs or independent local businesses.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and securing new national and regional corporate clients
Cold calling and strategic outreach to facilities and estates professionals
Booking and attending meetings nationwide
Building long-term corporate relationships
Working alongside estimating and design teams to convert opportunities
Managing pipeline reporting and performance
You will not be handed leads.
You will generate and convert your own opportunities.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Proven experience selling commercial interior fit out projects
Experience dealing with corporate facilities or estates teams
Track record of securing £250k–£1m+ projects
Strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B environments
Confidence discussing budgets, programme, procurement routes and margin
Ability to operate professionally at corporate level
Applications from outside the interior fit out sector will not be considered.
SALARY AND PACKAGE
Basic Salary: £60,000
Commission: 1% of secured contract value (uncapped)
Car Allowance: £5,000 per year
Business mileage paid
Mobile phone provided
Laptop provided
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Clear progression to Sales Manager / Head of Sales
COMMISSION EXAMPLE
£750,000 project = £7,500 commission
£1,500,000 project = £15,000 commission
£4,000,000 annual secured work = £40,000 commission
High performers will exceed £100,000+ total earnings.
