About Fresh:

Fresh Productions is a leading event production company specialising in delivering innovative and impactful Events, Videos, Exhibitions, Swag & Logistics for the IT channel.


Job Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Fresh, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline, and booking meetings for our Business Development and Account Management teams. This remote role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target driven, confident in outreach, and passionate about connecting with potential clients in the B2B events and video production space.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Proactively research and identify potential clients within the technology channel for B2B events and video production.

- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce Fresh’s services and generate interest.

- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.


Client Engagement and Communication:

- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, providing information and assessing client needs.

- Maintain a professional and engaging tone in all communications to build rapport and trust.

- Collaborate with the Business Development Executive to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.


CRM and Reporting:

- Accurately log all interactions and lead information in the CRM system.

- Track outreach activity and performance metrics, contributing to weekly and monthly reporting.


Collaboration and Strategy:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and support campaign execution.

- Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.


Performance Targets:

- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume, lead qualification, and meetings booked.

- Contribute to quarterly sales pipeline goals by consistently generating high-quality opportunities.

- Maintain a minimum conversion rate from outreach to qualified lead, with regular performance reviews and coaching support.


Core Competencies:

Sales and Communication:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections.

- Ability to articulate the value of Fresh’s services clearly and confidently.


Organisation and Self-Motivation:

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

- Able to work independently in a remote environment and meet outreach targets.


Tech-Savvy and Insight-Driven:

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Ability to analyse lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (preferred).

- Knowledge of the events or video production industry is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.

Starting Salary:

From £23,000-£25,000 (subject to experience)


OTE:

Commission-based bonus structure
