This is a senior leadership role combining clinical credibility, operational excellence and commercial awareness, with real influence over service quality, growth and patient experience.Working closely with PET-CT Operational Managers, multidisciplinary clinical teams, NHS stakeholders and internal business partners, you’ll set strategic direction while ensuring services remain safe, compliant, efficient and financially robust.What you’ll be doingProviding visible, credible leadership across all PET-CT services, maintaining consistently high clinical and operational standardsOwning performance against KPIs, budgets and contractual requirementsLeading clinical governance, regulatory compliance and audit activityDeveloping and motivating high-performing, multi-site multidisciplinary teamsBuilding strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, private providers and internal stakeholdersSupporting service growth and business development alongside commercial teamsWhat we’re looking forA strong clinical background in PET-CT with senior-level leadership credibilityProven experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare servicesStrong operational and commercial acumen, including budget managementA collaborative, calm and decisive leadership styleExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into deliveryExperience working within regulatory frameworks including CQC, IR(ME)R, IRR, ARSAC and related standardsWhy join InHealth?This is an opportunity to step into a national leadership role with genuine influence.
