Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join a high-performing engineering team working on the re-architecture of a large-scale, business-critical platform.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable systems, guiding technical direction and supporting a team of developers building modern solutions. The team works across Golang, React, Cloud platforms, Kafka, SQL, .NET and TypeScript in a fast-paced agile environment.
This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, helping shape architecture and best practices across the platform.

* Strong experience in backend or full-stack development
* Experience leading or mentoring engineers
* Knowledge of technologies such as Golang, .NET, TypeScript, SQL or Kafka (or similar)
* Passion for scalable architecture and clean engineering practices
* Ability to communicate technical concepts across teams
