Get Laid Beds are excited to be looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join the growing team at Get Laid Beds. Based in Leicester, Get Laid Beds is a British manufacturer specialising in handmade wooden bed frames, all crafted from 100% solid wood and made to order in the UK. Since launching in 2012, the company has grown into a successful global brand, delivering handcrafted beds to customers around the world while maintaining a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and innovative design. This role would suit someone who is creative, motivated, and eager to learn. We’re looking for an individual who brings enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a genuine interest in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be curious about how marketing works, willing to develop new skills, and excited to grow within a fast‑paced e‑commerce business.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative marketing team who will guide you throughout your apprenticeship. The team works closely together on a range of digital marketing activities, meaning you’ll gain hands‑on experience while learning from experienced professionals who are keen to support your development. Alongside your day‑to‑day role, you will complete a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships. Training is delivered through structured two‑day training blocks, where you will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in digital marketing while applying what you learn directly within the business.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Typical Day In The Job
* Support the day‑to‑day running of marketing campaigns by reviewing weekly, monthly, and yearly results to help the team understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.
* Carry out market and competitor research to help the team stay up to date with trends in marketing and the furniture industry and identify new opportunities.
* Help monitor paid advertising campaigns, checking spend and performance to make sure campaigns stay within budget and suggesting small changes to improve results. The apprentice will begin by helping manage smaller regional campaigns on Google Ads to gain practical experience.
* Update and publish website content using the Statamic content management system, including editing pages and adding new text, images, and videos.
* Create marketing materials and simple visual content using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CapCut.
* Help with both online and offline marketing activities, including supporting events, creating printed materials such as flyers or packaging, and helping with social media, website improvements, and online campaigns.
* Support marketing activity across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit by helping review engagement and reach.
* Work with the Marketing Manager, Adam, and the wider marketing team to share campaign results, provide updates on projects, and support the delivery of marketing plans.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
* £14,560 per annum.
* 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
