Role: Client Experience Manager
Location: Chippenham, UK. Hybrid role (circa 3 days per week on site, inclusive of customer visit days).

Client Engagement Manager:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a client-focused professional who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do:
* Be a trusted partner to key clients, proactively understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Act as the main point of contact for high-level escalations, owning issues through to resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.
* Lead client business reviews (in person and online), using data and insights to drive improvements.
* Support client onboarding, define project scopes, and recommend best-practice solutions.
* Gather client feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Spot cross-selling opportunities and work closely with Sales to unlock growth.
* Represent the organization with professionalism, acting as a true brand ambassador.
What you bring:
* 5+ years' experience in client engagement, customer service, or a related B2B role.
* Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
* Solid understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and service excellence.
Languages:
* Fluent in English (daily working language).
* Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Dutch are an advantage.
* Confident communicating with clients and internal teams at all levels.
