Customer Logistics Co-ordinator (UK)
The Role
As part of an exciting period of growth, we are restructuring our Supply Chain function to strengthen our operations and enhance service delivery. We’re now seeking a Customer Logistics Co-ordinator to join our UK Logistics team.
Based in our UK office, this role will be central to ensuring smooth and efficient customer service and delivery operations across the UK. You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers and logistics partners, providing exceptional service and managing the full customer order process from start to finish.
Working within a fast-paced, outsourced supply chain network, you’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. You’ll also support the sales team by maintaining strong communication channels and contributing to process improvements that drive efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end customer order process and act as the primary point of contact for all UK customer queries.
* Provide order management and customer service support to the UK customer base.
* Liaise with manufacturing sites, warehouses, and transport partners to maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee daily relationships with hauliers, addressing service issues, identifying trends, and implementing preventative measures to improve performance.
* Collaborate with the UK Sales Team on promotional planning, order phasing, and stock management.
* Monitor and report on KPIs, working with suppliers to drive consistency and continuous service improvement.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to review customer order requirements and identify efficiency opportunities across the supply chain.

* Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience.
* Quick to learn and adapt, able to perform under pressure and within tight timeframes.
* Excellent communicator, capable of building effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
* Highly detail-oriented, organised, and methodical in approach.
