Associate Project Manager – Care Home Projects
Location: Remote (travel to sites in South/South East England)
Salary: Up to £80,000

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join our growing team, focusing on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a broad portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of care-specific design and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly enhance the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility to completion
* Collaborate with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers
* Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and design principles
* Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departments
* Monitor project performance, report progress, and identify risks proactively
* Attend site visits and meetings across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy, preferably within healthcare or care home projects
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
* Knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments
* Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving approach
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools
* Experience with regulated environments such as CQC is highly desirable
