* Salary: £22,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch

About The Role
Churchill Estates Management is offering an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, with a background in administration and customer service, to join our retirement development as a Lodge Manager. This role is varied and provides the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners. As a 'friendly neighbour', you will organise activities, coordinate the development, manage contractors, perform health and safety checks, and more.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee property maintenance and deliver first-class service to Owners. You will be the trusted, on-site contact, liaising with residents, contractors, suppliers, and Churchill colleagues. This role is vital to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of Owners, offering a rewarding experience.
About You
Your passion for excellent customer service is essential. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love for working with people. You should act with sensitivity and diplomacy, be efficient and assertive in managing safety and security, and remain calm under pressure. While engaging frequently with residents, you should also be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.
You should be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, and experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care sectors is preferred. The ideal Lodge Manager loves working front-of-house and is committed to providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
