Overview
Provide management of the Estates Capital Programme, by developing policies and strategies for the implementation of projects to improve the environment for patients and staff. Ensuring that the agreed budgets are managed efficiently, reporting any deviance to the Capital Planning Review Group on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
* Manage the Estates Capital programme from a project planning perspective and also management of the available budgets within year.
* Development and implementation of Estates Capital Plans and Policies for service development within the Trust.
* Manage the small works process on behalf of the Head of Estates, feeding
* Provide expert specialist, professional construction and estates projects advice to other Estates Staff, Trust Directors and Senior Management within the Trust into the Groups and providing specialist advice as necessary.
* Ensure works are completed to time, budget and the required quality.
