Location: Hybrid (at least two days a week in our Westbury office)
Your Role's Purpose:
Join our growing People Team and help shape the employee experience from day one! We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People Team Administrator to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts, as well as contribute to a positive workplace through HR administration and employee relations support. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our candidates and team members alike.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment logistics, support hiring managers, and improve onboarding processes.
* People Team and Employee Relations Administration: Maintain employee records, support admin tasks, and assist with reporting.
* Employee Relations Support: Support handling employee relations cases and contribute to workplace culture initiatives.
