Role: Talent Partner
Based: Daresbury Park, Warrington, WA4 (hybrid role)
Rate: £24.10 p/h + holidays (rate equiv. to 47k)
Contract: Ongoing contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join the UK & NI Talent team.
The Talent Partner will work closely with the Business and HR team supporting multiple end-to-end recruitment activities.
You will work closely with hiring managers for campaigns, sourcing strategy, and hiring plans.
Supporting the team with sourcing to attract top talent, build, and manage pipelines.
The role will include guiding managers in the interview and selection process.
Address business recruitment needs.
Required experience
* Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a large organisation.
* Able to manage own workload whilst working in a demanding environment.
* Effective communication skills.
* Able to multi-task.
* LinkedIn Recruiter experience is essential.
