Job Description

Are you passionate about sports or excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same. You'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers' needs.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is £12.50 per hour. Are you ready to start a successful career?

What You Will Do

* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Promote safer gambling practices
* Take bets on various sports and events
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
* Work towards targets and goals
* Maintain high shop standards
* Open or close the shop as needed

Working Patterns

This role requires availability from Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work 2 days out of 3, with a weekly rota of approximately 10 hours, including long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We provide your rota at least four weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

* Must be 18 or over to work in betting shops
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
* Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
