To provide husbandry, technical and commercial advice to producers with a view to improving their overall business performance and profitability. To actively drive the continuous improvement of production, welfare, and technical standards on farm. To carry out routine visits within the agreed timeframes in line with the Producer Performance Framework and provide feedback to both Noble Foods Ltd and the producer. Review, analyse and utilise the performance data reports to lead conversations, provide healthy challenge, build actions, and ultimately drive producer profitability across your region. Have a strong commercial mindset and approach with full understanding of the effects of inputs and outputs in egg production, for example: egg, feed and pullet prices, further cost of production inputs and producer margins. To regularly check and update any information relating to flock housing and depopulation dates and any other information relating to flock forecasts. To assist the Milling, Rearing, Green Energy and hen processing business units in the provision of services to Contract Producers. To liaise with Packing Centres to ensure that all transactions with producers are carried out efficiently and effectively and involve the National Producer Performance Manager where resolution is not found. Following site visits highlight areas of concern regarding standards to National Producer Performance Manager and Agriculture Systems & Standards Manager.
