Offer description

This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends, and bank holidays.

Are you a motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic physiotherapist?

Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your MSK knowledge and skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Community Musculoskeletal Team working in partnership with MSK Alliance.

We are looking for an individual who is an excellent team worker, self-motivated, and able to keep an up-to-date knowledge base in a friendly and supportive environment. This position involves the assessment and treatment of adult patients with a variety of presentations to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment where indicated, and to maintain appropriate care records.

You will be part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused physiotherapy interventions to all service users as part of the Musculoskeletal Therapy Team. Your caseload will consist of a wide variety of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

The successful applicant will be fully supported, and we have a varied skill mix within the team. You will have the opportunity to join and participate in the in-service training programme and the supervision of students.

We have a structured in-service training programme, regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and peer support.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare employs over 10,000 colleagues who help #MakeADifference every day. We provide services across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and South Yorkshire, including intellectual disability, mental health, community health, forensic, and offender healthcare services. Care is delivered from over 120 sites within the community, from acute settings and across secure environments, including prisons.

As one of the largest mental health and community trusts in the East Midlands and a major employer in Nottinghamshire, we are also home to national and regional services such as the National High Secure Deaf Service and the Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health.

We are committed to flexible and agile working, including the opportunity to join our bank.

Your health and wellbeing are our priority, and we invest significantly in this via our in-house Occupational Health Service, Staff Counselling Service, and Health and Wellbeing Team.

We offer employee-led staff networks, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) groups, Green Champions Network, Freedom to Speak Up Network, Health and Wellbeing Champions, and Menopause Champions. We are passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion in the Trust.

If you believe in our values of Trust, Honesty, Respect, Compassion, and Teamwork, then we would love to hear from you!
