R13 are partnering with a well-established, independent agency in their recruitment search for a senior digital marketing professional. This role will work closely with the agency Director and an existing team, providing experienced and hands-on support across predominantly paid media–led B2B campaigns. This role requires ample experience in a similar position, coming in and hitting the ground running to confidently take ownership of delivering integral client campaigns.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm with ample flexibility of hybrid working. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The day to day
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Director with delivery across multiple B2B client accounts.
* Planning, managing and optimising paid media campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn (organic & ads) and Google Ads.
* Independently setting up, running and optimising LinkedIn ad campaigns.
* Conducting audience, market, keyword and competitor research.
* Writing clear, optimised copy for paid ads, websites and organic content.
* Monitoring and managing campaign budgets, flagging risks and optimisation opportunities.
* Tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
* Interpreting performance data and making informed recommendations.
* Confidently engaging in client meetings, including those with technical or specialist sectors.
* Supporting pitches, proposals and quarterly planning activity.
* Providing day-to-day guidance and support to a fellow team member.
You will have / be
* Multiple years in a digital marketing role including at a senior level (agency background preferred but in-house experience considered).
* Experience within professional services / tech is highly advantageous.
* Proven, hands-on experience delivering paid media campaigns - not just overseeing them.
* Confident setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads and GA4 reporting.
* Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple client accounts.
* Calm and capable in client meetings.
* Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to distil complex or technical subject matter into clear, marketable messaging.
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
