What you’ll be doing:
* Support senior leaders with high‑level communications, reports and briefings
* Manage busy diaries, meetings and schedules
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, stakeholders and visitors
* Help plan, track and deliver exciting projects
* Draft correspondence and respond to queries with confidence
* Take meeting minutes and keep action plans moving forward
* Ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks
