The firm has a great client list of national and household names and is now looking for a corporate partner to join the team and drive the corporate team forward. Job Responsibilities:
1. Join as a Corporate Partner, working with existing clients and bringing new clients to the firm.
2. Handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups, and share options.
3. Work with family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.
4. Develop expertise within corporate law, with a proactive and flexible approach.
5. Engage in transactions of varying values, within a top-ranked team of reputable lawyers.
Candidate Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of experience handling corporate files independently.
2. Interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
3. Desire for career progression and development.
4. Ability to work within a supportive team environment.
