Overview
Amazing opportunity in consultative luxury sales as a Luxury Sales Consultant / Art Sales Executive for a contemporary Art Gallery. You do not necessarily need an Art background, but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Generate sales through a consultative approach; avoid hard selling and work towards realistic monthly targets.
* Provide exceptional client and customer service, delivering an amazing client experience from start to finish. Manage client needs by transferring passion for sales and the product to generate sales.
* Proactively promote the gallery by making daily calls to generate footfall and sales; manage accounts over the phone and email and build prospective business through a self-starting approach.
* Be flexible to work weekends, as they are the busiest time of the week, within a 5-day week.
* Possess or be willing to obtain a driving license preferred for home consultations as an additional service to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
* Desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product; product training will be provided. A strong appreciation of art is preferred, but an art background is not required.
* Ability to consultatively manage client needs, transfer your passion for sales and the product, and work toward targets with potential for good commission.
* Strong client relationship skills and the ability to generate prospective business through daily outreach.
* Flexible weekend availability and willingness to drive for home consultations is preferred.
Salary & About the Role
The advertised salary is presented as an overall OTE with a good basic salary.
