Essentials:We are looking for a dedicatedQuality Officerto lead, coach, and support our teams in delivering person-led, high-quality services that truly make a difference.

As a Quality Officer, youll play a pivotal role in interpreting and implementing regulatory frameworks, conducting expert audits, and working in partnership with the people we support and their families to continuously improve service quality.

You will be a driver with access to a vehicle and have the right to work in the UK.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in operational management within social care, who understands how to use audits and self-assessments to evaluate and improve quality. You will be flexible, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively across the organisation.
