About the Role We have a unique opportunity for a Head of Programme Delivery who will be the main point of contact between TLS and the RMS UK operating structure co-ordinating across all TLS programmes operating in the UK to ensure consistent adherence to TLS defined processes and procedures. You will be the full time leader and motivator of the Army Collective Training System (ACTS) - Alliance team, working to a winning solution and be the face to the customer. You will cohere complex solutions into outcomes to meet customer outputs on a service basis collaborating across industry and customers to bring inclusivity to solutioning Customer problems. TLS POC to address/resolve all identified problems or concerns related to TLS UK programme as identified by TLS (SLT or LOBs) to ensure programme success. Responsibility for P&L for the Land Training portfolio. Work with TLS UK Programme Managers to ensure that all TLS programmes executing in the UK are being properly supported by the RMS UK functions Main liaison between TLS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and RMS UK Group MD /SLT with responsibility for representing TLS viewpoints and interests at RMS UK leadership meetings. Works directly with RMS UK Group MD and SLT to ensure any new sovereign programme or process guidance is supported and implemented on TLS UK programmes in a manner that does not impact performance. Work with TLS and RMS UK to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to adequately support TLS new business opportunities in UK. Lead the development of a winning solution for the ACTS capture (£2.5B) and be the face of our Alliance team to the customer. Lead and guide a cross-functional team consisting of LM and six industry partners (a mixture of defence, non-defence, corporate organisations and SMEs), to develop the technical solution for the ACTS capture and advance through the capture to contract award. Leverage program and project management experience to define a solution that meets the requirements of the ACTS capture for each of the 26 required service deliveries. Partner with our Head of Training to be the direct interface to the UK MoD customer for Alliance, engaging with Army senior stakeholders to build relationships, shape and define future requirements. Shape the solution for the ACTS contract award through engagement with the customer and written solutions in the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN)1 and 2 stages of the acquisition. Develop strong relationships with the Alliance industry partners (working and leadership level) to drive team collaboration and cohesion. Engage with and present to LM senior leadership on the advancement of our solution through the ACTS capture. Work with TLS and RMS UK to ensure support for TLS new business opportunities in UK.
