As Administrator working within the HR team at HMP Peterborough, you’ll provide location based administrative support with day-to-day responsibility for ensuring data and records are correctly processed and stored, alongside acting as first line for basic queries involving signposting to our People Services or relevant department/team member.
Salary: 22,308 – 25,100 per annum (DOE), this is a full-time position 37.Working knowledge to at least intermediate level for Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience working with a HR environment is highly desirable.
Key administration duties for the day-to-day operations of the HR team
Maintaining various data points and reporting including Excel spreadsheets and systems, and databases; ensuring that all HR data is up to date and accurate.
Dealing with travel and accommodation bookings, general queries to the department, directing managers and employees to the People Services team
Undertaking the role of note taker in occasional disciplinary meetings and typing up of notes.
