With a strong reputation for quality and integrity, the business combines a long-term perspective with modern, forward-thinking practices.Key Responsibilities:• Assist with identifying and appraising suitable land opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with land agents and key market contacts.• Support the negotiation and acquisition process, including offer preparation, appraisals, and planning assessments.• Help promote strategic sites through the planning process• Assist with the disposal of S106 affordable housing units and support planning and land strategy activities.Essential Requirements:• Degree in relevant subject (Planning/Real Estate/Geography)• 1-2 years experience, ideally within residential development.• Interest in residential development or land• Full driving license and access to a vehicleInterested but not sure if it’s the perfect fit?
