Role Overview
The business is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join the growing finance team. This is a key role supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within the business.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director, this role will offer a clear route to FC.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Perform variance analysis and report financial performance to senior management
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, accruals, and prepayments
* Work with operations and commercial teams to analyse product margins, costs, and KPIs
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management
* Support the Finance Director with financial modelling and ad-hoc projects
* Develop and streamline finance processes and systems for better efficiency
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations
Required Skills & Experience
* Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role
* Strong Excel skills
* Solid understanding of manufacturing or product-based costing
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
