Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a leading workplace health provider based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN) looking for a structured, weekday-only role within a multidisciplinary occupational health team.
In this Occupational Health Nurse role, you will deliver high-quality health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and employee wellbeing services across a busy and dynamic site.
Key Responsibilities – Occupational Health Nurse
* Deliver health surveillance programmes and escalate clinical concerns where required
* Conduct occupational health assessments and fitness-for-work medicals
* Provide clinical care for minor illness and injury
* Offer expert health advice and wellbeing support to employees
* Support and deliver health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
* Assist in maintaining clinical standards and best practice
* Work collaboratively with Occupational Health Technicians and the wider clinical team
* Support the Senior OH Advisor with clinical oversight and service delivery
Requirements – Occupational Health Nurse
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
* Experience in occupational health nursing or relevant transferable skills
* Knowledge of health surveillance and workplace health assessments
* Ability to assess fitness for work and provide clear clinical advice
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

* Competitive salary: £36,000 – £40,000 DOE
* Monday–Friday working pattern – no nights or weekends
