Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector client to recruit a senior service desk analyst on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for the service desk analysts within the team. You will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the service desk, with only the Service Desk Manager sitting above you.
The Service Desk team is a small one, so you will be required to do some hands-on service desk tasks as well. You will also be involved in engaging with staff members at all levels, so strong communication details are essential.
You will be the main contact for interaction with the Digital Ops teams. You will also be an escalation point for the Service Desk team ensuring consistency and quality is maintained with SLA & KPI targets met.

* Supervising staff

* Creating documentation
* Creating Procedures
Role:
* Hybrid Role - One day a week in the office
* Permanent Role - £31.5 - £39k
