Customer Care Support Associate
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Peterborough (hybrid model – office attendance required minimum 40% after training)
Salary: Competitive starting from £26,228 (depending on experience)

Role Overview
As a Customer Care Support Associate, you’ll process customer requests, answer queries, and work with your team to solve any complex issues. You’ll receive comprehensive training through our Platform Academy, and you can develop a career path towards professional qualification in financial administration or planning.
Qualifications
* You have experience in operational or customer service roles – financial services experience is a bonus.
* You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex information to make informed decisions.
* You’re detail‑focused, accurate, and comfortable working in a compliance‑driven environment.
* You’ve worked across multiple systems and enjoy solving problems or resolving exceptions.
* You’re a confident communicator who can work effectively with internal stakeholders.
* You can work under pressure while maintaining quality and control.
* You’re organised, process‑driven, and proactive in managing workflow.
