This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Regional Sales Manager (East Region) to take full ownership of your territory, driving sales growth and increasing market share across electrical wholesale distributors and customer accounts in the region including E, IG, SE, BR, RM, D, ME, CT, SS, CM, CO, IP, NR.
You’ll play a key role in growing over-the-counter (OTC) sales, delivering promotional activity, and identifying new business opportunities. If you enjoy autonomy, building strong relationships, and making a measurable impact, this role offers the platform to do just that.

What you’ll be doing
* Driving sales through electrical wholesale distributors and merchants
* Managing and developing existing customers while actively winning new business
* Meeting clients face to face to build strong relationship and ensure high level of satisfaction.
* Identifying opportunities for additional products and services and sharing market insights with the wider team.
* Preparing and following up quotations to maximise conversion rates
* Representing business at exhibitions, clients meeting and industry events
* Providing accurate forecast, reports and feedback.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management
* Desirable (not essential) experience having worked in either HVAC distribution, electrical wholesale, M&E contracting or building services sales, construction materials or merchanting.
* Or, Inside sales/account manager in trade distribution
* Ability to communicate technical product benefits clearly to customers
* Track record of delivering revenue growth and managing territory performance
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle and value-based selling
* Structured and organised approach to territory planning
* Confident presenter with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
