Assistant Team Manager required in Family Help Hubs across Hampshire - Basingston / Eastleigh & Winchester
Job Purpose
To ensure continuity/consistency in delivery of service by supervising staff as delegated by the Team Manager; to retain experienced SW/OT staff in front line positions; to work with complex cases within departmental policies and procedures; to assist the Team Manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service within commissioning plans and to assist the management of the workflow requirements as a Social Worker.
Requirements
* SWE Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Drive and have access to a car
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
