Role Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct site visits to capture technical requirements and scope project needs.
* Develop detailed project plans, including cost estimates and subcontractor requirements.
* Oversee design, manufacture, and delivery to ensure alignment with project specifications and deadlines.
* Create and deliver risk assessments and method statements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability.
* Manage site operatives and contractors during installation.
* Monitor project progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
* Collaborate with the Finance team to track and manage project costs.
* Ensure customer sign-off upon project completion.
Skills and experience required:
* Engineering qualification with strong technical knowledge.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Project.
* Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Excellent time management, work ethic, and adaptability.
* Experience working at height and in confined spaces.
* Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
* Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
Advantageous Skills
* CAD experience
* Welding knowledge
* CSCS card
* First Aid certification
