The Exciting Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join our Construction & Motor Vehicle team, on our part-time hourly paid basis.
The role will involve teaching on a range of programmes within the Carpentry & Joinery provision, from Entry Level to Level 3.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington & Rossendale College but may be required to travel across sites.

What You Will Be Doing
* Teach on a range of programmes within the College's Carpentry & Joinery provision, from entry level to level 3
* Be up to date, plan and prepare and high-quality teaching as required by your Line Manager
* Develop and share resources for the course/subject including maintaining effective links across College for resources
* Deliver enrichment and enhancement activities
* Maintain comprehensive, up to date, student/course/subject records and provide information, as requested
What We Are Looking For
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above
* Qualified to a minimum level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
* Recognised teaching qualification or a willingness to achieve this within 3 years of appointment
* Assessor qualification
