* Providing personal care and support with daily hygiene routines.

* Offering companionship and meaningful conversation to support emotional wellbeing.
* Supporting with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and light cleaning, where required.
* Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and shopping trips.
* Supporting with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders.
* Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Encouraging independence while enriching the lives of our clients through person-centred care.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Must have access to a reliable vehicle due to travelling between clients' homes and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other locations.
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Must have a caring and trustworthy nature
