Overview
We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Trading & Operations Manager who combines advanced hands‑on programmatic trading expertise with deep technical operations capability. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the technical foundation of PerformX, spanning DSP configuration, DCO, tagging and tracking, supply path strategy, verification, audience architecture, vendor onboarding, and cross‑platform integrations. You will work closely with global partners, internal stakeholders, and technology providers to ensure high‑quality, scalable programmatic delivery.

We support global brands by delivering high‑performing programmatic campaigns with a focus on precision, efficiency, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Trading
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programmatic campaigns, including dynamic, audience‑driven, multi‑market and multi‑platform activations.
* Optimise campaigns in line with PerformX standards and commercial targets.
* Maintain delivery excellence across pacing, budget management and overall performance quality.
Advertiser Onboarding
* Own the technical onboarding process for new advertisers, including billing setup, finance workflows, Prisma IO creation, reconciliation processes and DSP configuration.
* Ensure cross‑platform readiness prior to launch, including alignment with ad servers and verification tools.
* Resolve Prisma‑related issues such as IO mismatches, billing discrepancies and workflow breaks between systems.
Technical Operations & Platform Expertise
* Configure and manage advanced setups within DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt or similar platforms.
* Maintain deep expertise across ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Sizmek), ensuring correct tracking logic, attribution and integration requirements.
* Lead DCO deployments including feed logic, dynamic templates and ruleset validation.
* Design and implement tagging structures, event schemas, pixels and tracking integrations.
* Implement and troubleshoot verification technologies such as IAS and DoubleVerify.
* Apply Supply Path Optimisation (SPO) principles and manage SSP/PMP configuration.
Vendor, DSP & Technology Testing
* Support the evaluation and technical validation of new DSPs, SSPs, data partners, measurement vendors and creative technologies.
* Build and run controlled test environments for new tools and platforms.
* Document test results, technical findings and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Technical Enablement
* Act as a senior technical escalation point for the trading team, supporting advanced troubleshooting across platforms and partners.
* Upskill traders on DSP capabilities, DCO, measurement and technical troubleshooting.
* Contribute to the PerformX technical operations playbook and internal best‑practice documentation.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of hands‑on programmatic activation experience.
* Strong proficiency in DV360 and at least one additional DSP (TTD, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt).
* Deep knowledge of ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Sizmek) and DSP–ad server integrations.
* Demonstrated expertise in DCO, feed‑driven dynamic creative setups, and template logic.
* Strong competency in ad operations—including tagging, tracking, event schema design, QA and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with SSPs, PMPs, SPO strategies and verification tools.
* Experience onboarding advertisers and integrating technical vendors.
* Proficiency with Prisma, including IO setup, billing alignment, reconciliation workflows, and troubleshooting system integration issues.
* Technically strong, detail‑oriented, analytical and solutions‑focused.
