A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENTS MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL Lead the full events journey from initial enquiry and concept creation to seamless delivery and post event follow up. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and elevating it with creativity, expertise, and a luxury mindset. Curate bespoke event experiences that showcase Lady Libertine's unique character, culinary excellence, and vibrant atmosphere. Coordinate closely with the wider hotel team, culinary, bar, operations, front office, and housekeeping to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Manage event logistics, proposals, budgets, and timelines with precision and professionalism. Drive event revenue through proactive sales, innovative ideas, and exceptional client service. Represent Lady Libertine and The Edinburgh Grand with confidence, passion, and a commitment to delivering world class experiences. Surprise and delight clients and guests with thoughtful touches that transform great events into unforgettable ones.
