Overview
Maintenance Technician (Repairs and Voids) responsible for void property works to ensure units are ready for occupation at sites across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells & Brentwood. Tasks include reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad-hoc tasks as arising. Work covers a wide range of technical and maintenance skills including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work and general building work, and other tasks as appropriate to the skills and qualifications required to achieve the task.
Responsibilities
* Carry out void property works to prepare units for occupation across identified sites.
* Perform reactive maintenance, decoration and repairs as required.
* Administer tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests as they arise.
* Apply a broad range of skills including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work and general building work.
* Adapt tasks to the skills and qualifications available to achieve the required outcomes.
Employment Details
* Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
* Location: Sites across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells & Brentwood
