Senior Consultant - Transaction Monitoring & Data Modeling Expert

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Transaction Monitoring and Data Modeling to join our team. This role is central to developing and optimizing data pipelines that improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection models.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform end-to-end analyses: gather requirements, write efficient Python/SQL code, visualize insights, and present results to stakeholders.
* Design, build, and maintain dashboards to provide transparency into detection models and customer transaction patterns.
* Evaluate the impact of rule or parameter changes on model performance and detection accuracy.
* Support model tuning efforts by balancing efficiency, false positives, and detection quality.
* Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to implement analytical solutions.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and accelerate decision-making.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Solid experience in data science, analytics, and programming (Python, SQL).
* Ability to interpret complex model behavior and performance metrics into actionable insights.
* Curiosity and initiative to explore data and uncover hidden trends.
* Experience with model tuning and performance evaluation.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Experience within Financial Services/ Banking domain.
* Familiarity with dashboard tools and data visualization techniques.
