What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
* You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
* Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
* You ensure execution of sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
* Drive results through demand identification and creation opportunities.
* Stakeholder management—Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep management informed of business dynamics by maintaining open communication lines.
* Collaborate with the sales team across geographies to understand business trends, forecast, and consolidate input for management.
* Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
* Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
* Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
* Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

* 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry.
* Fluency in English.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
* Self-motivated with a proactive and hardworking approach.
