Sales Administrator – Sales Operations and BI
Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team.
* Create customer reports.
* Maintain a positive approach towards role, team and customers.
* Communicate with account managers and customers via phone, e‑mail and Teams.
* Handle complaints or escalations swiftly, record accurately and involve necessary colleagues.
* Attend departmental and customer meetings and contribute to current issues.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience managing an administrative workload in a timely manner.
* Experience handling Excel reports with key information and data management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple customers while meeting tight deadlines.
* Desired: knowledge of the IT industry and experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
Job Details
Full‑time position – 37 hours per week. Hybrid. Working days Monday to Friday.
