You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver team objectives in the development of BAE systems Air Products. You will have an aptitude for technical problem solving and decision making with excellent communication skills and an ability to work flexibly as part of a team Core duties: Supporting the definition of the Low Observable (LO) elements of vehicle configuration options. Participating in the design of the LO elements of vehicle design. Supporting the specification, monitoring, and analysis of Radar Cross Section (RCS) tests and InfraRed (IR) tests to support LO design activities. Carrying out theoretical and analytical RCS computations to support LO Design activities. Responsible for applying relevant engineering and design standards and processes. Essential Skills\: Degree STEM subject (Physics, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Modelling) or equivalent experience/product expertise. Knowledge of and understanding of Design IT tools e.g. CAD systems, or Engineering simulation tools. Basic Understanding of electromagnetics The Low Observables team \: As an Electromagnetics Engineer, you will be working within a specialist team where you will develop experience and expertise in applying Electromagnetic principles to the design of the LO aspects of our airborne platforms.
