This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a refined, ingredient-led concept serving 50100 covers in a beautifully designed space, complete with a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen. The pastry team benefits from its own dedicated department, including a large and spacious prep kitchen, allowing you to focus on creativity, precision and execution at the highest level.
The Role
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will:
Run a section within a dedicated pastry department
Deliver high-quality, refined Mediterranean-inspired desserts
Work with premium seasonal ingredients
Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency
Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious kitchen culture
What Were Looking For
Experience in high-end kitchens (Michelin-starred background highly desirable)
Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and genuine team spirit character and collaboration are key to the Head Chef
Professionalism, reliability and passion for excellence
Whats On Offer

Flexible shift patterns:
4 doubles, 3 days off
or 5 days on, 2 days off
