Job Description
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to CLOs and other financial instruments.
* Provide legal advice on structured finance transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and legal standards.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
* Support the legal department in managing risk and resolving potential legal issues.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
* Work with external counsel and other stakeholders as needed to address complex legal matters.
* Maintain organized records of legal documentation and case files.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Legal Counsel - CLOs should have:
* A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar in New York.
* Strong knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, and related legal frameworks.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for complex legal documents.
* Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues in the financial services industry.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
