Are you passionate about engaging churches and inspiring action to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name? Compassion UK is looking for a Church Advocacy Specialist to build meaningful relationships with church partners and coordinate volunteer speakers to share our mission.
Location: Office-Based, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UT
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
What You’ll Do
* Manage a portfolio of church partners, securing and coordinating speaking engagements.
* Identify and engage the most suitable Church Advocacy Speakers.
* Ensure resources are delivered and follow up on post-event outcomes.
* Collaborate with teams to enhance church engagement strategies.
* Uphold and promote Compassion UK’s Christian ethos and values.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven success in a target-driven sales role, exceeding performance goals.
* Confident in outbound calling and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
* Highly organised, with effective workload management.
* Data-driven mindset to analyze insights and inform strategies.
* Understanding of UK churches, their structures, and denominational differences.
* Fluent in English, with strong written and numerical skills.

* CRM experience
