The role will see you work closely with the Head of IT to run the IT Service desk and rollout new tech across the business. Required Skill and Experience Experience in a Senior IT Technician role Broad Microsoft experience with experience of Windows Server and basic networking Experience of leading or overseeing helpdesk teams, acting as an escalation point if required.
