Maintenance Plumber

Salary £39,144 inc callout fee Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid door to door and Package

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber
Role:
1. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout the region.
2. Role will include all elements of plumbing ppm and reactive maintenance works, installation, alterations etc as well as some general building maintenance repairs
3. You will be working mobile throughout the area.
4. Providing excellent customer service when on site.
To be considered for our Multi Skilled Plumber role;
5. You will be experienced in plumbing
6. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent)
7. CSCS ;
8. Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing;
9. SPA, IPAF & PASMA
10. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
11. You will have worked on commercial sites
12. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
Package:
13. Base salary £39,144 inclusive of callout
14. Vehicle and travel paid door to door
15. Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
