Business Development Manager (12-month FTC)

This role involves working with the Head of Business Development to drive the firm's strategy, develop and acquire business, and pursue profitable growth, primarily in the Financial Services sector and Corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate on client programs, embed sales culture, and identify sector opportunities.
2. Coordinate with bids, marketing, and client teams to align campaigns and strengthen relationships.
3. Leverage strategic partnerships for lead generation and sector profile raising.
4. Manage strategic priorities, budgets, and ROI measurement.
5. Forecast and monitor revenue targets with CRP and CRM teams.
6. Build networks and create market-facing opportunities for growth.
7. Share best practices, analyze data, and report at various levels.
8. Support sales and BD training, and facilitate client workshops and coaching.
9. Provide business development support to accounts and prospects.

* Experience in professional services or legal sales, with strong client development skills.
* Ability to manage client accounts and develop growth strategies.
* Experience in strategy implementation and budgeting.
