Our client is seeking a Head of Operations to manage their full customer-facing function within the UK.
Based at their Head Office in Fife, you will be entrusted with providing overall management, guidance, and leadership to both non-direct reports and nine direct reports across call centre, field service, and after-sales support functions.
Your responsibilities include implementing change, managing budgets, and enhancing an already excellent level of service.
You should be an empathetic leader and strategic thinker, confident in delivering the following:
1. Lead department heads to ensure efficient operations and high-performance teams.
2. Monitor and secure KPIs across various departments.
3. Design and implement sustainability measures within departments.
4. Drive customer centricity by optimizing best practices.
5. Manage annual planning and reporting for UK operations.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate sustained experience in these key areas:
1. Leading operations through significant digital transformation projects.
2. Experience in change and process management.
3. Senior leadership experience in Customer Operations and/or after-sales service.
Salary: Up to £80K DOE
Note: Must live locally to Fife to be considered.
