Job Description
The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for the Economic Crime Unit, providing comprehensive administrative support across various units including Financial Investigation, Economic Crime Investigation, Volume Fraud Investigation, Financial Development, and Cyber Crime.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Scanning and collating financial materials for investigations, supporting payment processes, and maintaining financial spreadsheets.
2. Conducting Experian/Land Registry checks, managing account requests, and supporting financial investigators.
3. Maintaining the Economic Crime Unit intranet page and liaising with Corporate Communications.
4. Providing financial spreadsheets for court hearings.
5. Preparing forfeiture letters and managing file archiving in compliance with police information management standards.
Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 (including passes in English and Maths) or equivalent work experience. ITQ qualification is also required.
